My take on Google Apps for the everyday user.
1)- its accessible from any computer which has internet access.
What if I dont have internet, are you kidding me, with so many wifi hotspots and insecure wifi who doesnt have internet access. This is no excuse these days.
2)-Microsoft Office cost how much these days? Did I mention Google Apps is free
3)- Collaboration - this means share a document with multiple people, change that docuement, see who has changed what and collaborate together without millions of saved, copied docs sitting on others computers. Who has done what does not happen in Google Apps. In plain view you can see who has done what and when.
4)-its free, nothing in life is free, BUT Google Apps is...!!!
